These terms describe how iks.dev provides software development services. By starting a project with us — confirming a quote or paying an invoice — you agree to them.

• They apply to every engagement unless a separate written agreement is signed.
• We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.

We provide software development services, including:

• Web applications (SaaS, dashboards, CRM, platforms)
• Mobile applications (iOS, Android, cross-platform)
• Telegram bots (automation, payments, support)
• AI solutions (LLM, RAG, ML, content generation)
• Business-process automation (integrations, pipelines, workflows)
• UI/UX design (interfaces, prototypes, design systems)
• DevOps (CI/CD, monitoring, infrastructure)

The exact scope, timeline, and cost are defined in a technical specification agreed by both parties before work begins.

Work runs in stages:

• Stage 1. Free consultation and project assessment
• Stage 2. Agreeing the technical specification and cost
• Stage 3. Prepayment (50% of the stage cost)
• Stage 4. Development with interim demos
• Stage 5. Testing and client acceptance
• Stage 6. Payment of the remaining 50%
• Stage 7. Handover of results and source code

Warranty support: 30 days after delivery, covering defects found in the delivered functionality.

• Payment by bank transfer or another method agreed in advance
• Prepayment: 50% of the stage cost, the remainder after acceptance

Refund of prepayment: in full before work starts; after work starts — less the cost of work actually completed.

We undertake to:

• Deliver the work to a professional standard and within the agreed timeline
• Provide interim results for review
• Hand over the source code and all materials after full payment
• Provide 30 days of warranty support after delivery

The client undertakes to:

• Provide the necessary materials and access within the agreed timeframe
• Pay for the work in accordance with these terms
• Accept the result within 5 business days of the readiness notice
• Report any issues in writing within a reasonable time

• All exclusive rights to the result transfer to the client upon full payment
• Until full payment, all rights to the result belong to us
• We may feature the project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) provides otherwise
• Use of open-source libraries and frameworks is governed by their own licenses

• Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information received during the engagement to third parties
• Confidential information includes: the technical specification, source code, access credentials, and commercial terms
• The confidentiality obligation remains in force for 2 years after the work is completed

• Each party is responsible for fulfilling its obligations in good faith
• Neither party is liable for non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure)
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the project
• Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation
