• Telegram Bot API — notifications about new requests arrive through a secured Telegram bot
• Resend — the request is duplicated to email via a transactional email service

We do not store data in our own databases. Requests are processed in real time and are stored only in the Telegram conversation and the mailbox.

To understand site traffic, we use Vercel Analytics — a privacy-focused web analytics tool.

• Only anonymous metrics are collected (number of visits, country, device type)
• No cookies are used for tracking
• Data is not linked to a specific user
• Compliant with GDPR requirements without the need for a consent banner
